Pair of torch cut iron table bases in the form of anchors standing on iron disks and mounted with spot welded iron chain which is used to support the glass tops. These were probably made by a welder for his own use in a garden or nautically decorated room.
They now have 20" diameter 3/4" plate glass tops.
