Parcheesi game board with wonderfully crude graphics and good polychrome surface, American, ca 1885. This make-do board is painted on a 20 wide, single-plank, solid walnut door, trimmed with batons at the top and bottom that are also walnut and probably salvaged from the same cupboard. One of these two strips of wood is a length of reeded trim molding. |
