Description: |
|
An impressive pair of large terra cotta heads in the form of Lady Liberty with extremely fine detail. These pieces originally adorned the roofline of a now demolished Chicago building. Though not signed it is likely they were made by the Northwestern Terra Cotta Company of Chicago. Similar elements line the parapet wall of the Chicago Theater. |
