This small, 18th c. Pennsylvania table-top spice chest is made of walnut, poplar and birds-eye maple veneer . It features a dovetailed case with original bun feet. The burl veneered door, with original lock and key, opens to reveal four dovetailed drawers with leather pulls. The back of the case is a single slide-in chamfered board. Chester County, Pennsylvania origin. Measuring 14-1/2" tall by 10" wide by 6-1/2" deep. A very RARE piece. |
