| This striking Sheraton server has a fancy scalloped and dovetailed gallery, a delicate scalloped skirt, and a nicely shaped shelf below. It sits on delicately turned, tall legs and has a superb mahogany veneer front. A rare form with two over one figured mahogany dovetailed drawers. New York origin. A beautiful early formal piece! It measures 44" tall (including the gallery) by 34" wide by 19" deep. (Minor surface imperfections with a couple of early repaired splits. Ca 1810-1920. |
