This exceptional and impressive handmade box dates to around the 1910-20 period. Large round form with lift off dome cover. The base with engraved border of palmette wriggle work and pin prick engraving, the cover with asymmetrical stylised foliate pin prick designs. Diameter: 9 inches. Height: 1.75 inches.
