| Great examples of Windsor high-back rocking chairs with original grain-painted and ochre striped decoration.
The contoured high-backs with paint-decorated and shaped tablet crest with a small scroll along the back edge. Bamboo turnings and curved armrests. The finish is grained red and dark brown, with gold line highlights on edges and in bamboo joints.
Seat height: 15½”, both chairs
Back height: 43½” and 45¾” respectively. |
